Choose the first version
Write down the one thing the website needs to help people do. Then separate launch essentials from later improvements. A booking form may be essential; an elaborate animation probably is not.
Gather the material
Bring your logo, service descriptions, contact details, and the photos you are allowed to use. Rough notes are useful too. Missing content is easier to resolve when it is identified before design begins.
Keep feedback together
Choose one person to combine comments. Describe the problem you notice: the offer is unclear, the photo feels wrong, or the form asks too much. That gives the designer a useful problem to solve.
Plan a realistic launch
A focused page can sometimes be built in a week or less when content and decisions are ready. Stores, accounts, integrations, and larger sites need more time. Agree on a schedule after the scope is clear.
