Connect the right systems
Booking, payments, content tools, and external services can be integrated where the provider supports the workflow. Authentication, data storage, privacy, and operating costs are evaluated as part of the scope.

Describe the task
Bring the problem, who encounters it, and an example of the current process. You do not need to choose a framework or arrive with finished wireframes.
Agree on boundaries
Third-party limits, access requirements, and data ownership are identified before promising a feature. Service subscriptions and ongoing support are discussed separately from the initial build.
Plan in milestones
Custom products often need several weeks or longer, depending on complexity. We agree on a first release, review points, and acceptance criteria so progress is visible and new requests have a clear place.
